Adèle Rouzé set up her own business in 2003. Adèle works with the help of her brother, an oenologist and winegrower himself.
The estate now has 12 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on sandy and gravelly soils over a clay formation.
The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods that respect the environment and preserve the flora and fauna.
The estate is a member of the "Vignerons Indépendants de France".
From working the vines right through to marketing, the winemaker guarantees the authenticity and quality of her work at every stage.
Adèle takes particular care to ensure that Quincy is recognised on French tables and beyond. Her wine can be found in Europe, the USA and Asia.
Our Quincy is made for the pleasure of our customers and all the moments of conviviality and sharing.
Quincy was the 1st vineyard in the Centre-Loire to obtain the appellation d'origine contrôlée in 1936.
The Sauvignon grape variety reigns supreme here, expressing itself to the full.
The grapes are machine-harvested. Particular care is taken in sorting and pressing the grapes to preserve the integrity of the berries.
The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and kept on fine lees until bottling.
Exclusively white, the Quincy wine reveals its freshness and intensity through invigorating notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.
Domaine Adèle Rouzé produces around 80,000 bottles of Quincy each year, sold to private individuals, wine merchants, restaurants and for export.
