100% Sauvignon vines around thirty years old planted on sandy and clayey gravel.
This is a dry white wine with a brilliant pale yellow colour.
The Sauvignon grape's distinctive character is reflected in a fresh, tangy palate with citrus flavours and hints of menthol. Full of crunch!
Perfect as an aperitif, with fish and seafood platters and goat's cheese platters.
It goes very well with summer buffets, salads, cold meats and white meats, even some Asian specialities.
Serve chilled between 9° and 12°.
Drink between 1 and 3 years to retain the freshness of Sauvignon, but can be kept longer.
I certify that I am of legal drinking age in my country.
